Mayor, James R. Rensel
Trustee J. Michael Steele
Trustee Timothy Dunn
Trustee James Jaroszynski
Trustee Carmella Catanese
Peter C. Fuller, DPW Superintendent
The work session meeting of the Village of Falconer Mayor and Board of Trustees was held on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 5:45 P.M. in the Community Building Board Room with Mayor James Rensel presiding.
No visitors were present.
Trustee Dunn made a motion, seconded by Trustee Steele, to approve the work session minutes of August 12, 2019 as written. Ayes: Dunn, Steele, Jaroszynski, Catanese and Rensel. Carried.
Alan Gustafson is continuing to work part-time as village Code Enforcement Officer until a replacement is hired.
The Purchase/Sale Agreement from Home Leasing was reviewed. Superintendent Fuller stated that he will need access to sewer lines. He will be calling a meeting of all involved parties to confirm needs and a plan to move forward. Once an agreement on needed access is reached the village will be able to address with the Purchase/Sale Agreement.
Clerk Fales gave a brief review of her recent NYCOM training to the Board. She suggested that since board members are usually unable to attend the annual NYCOM conference, webinars which are available through NYCOM would make very useful use of monthly work sessions, as time allows. Webinars are usually one hour in length.
Trustee Jaroszynski made a motion, seconded by Trustee Dunn to adjourn the work session at 6:31 pm. Ayes: Dunn, Steele, Jaroszynski, Catanese and Rensel. Carried.
Respectfully submitted,
Anna L. Fales, Village Clerk
